With almost 50 years experience in the construction industry behind us, we understand how customers feel. They aren’t simply buying a property. They are buying a lifestyle. Our job is to make sure that the lifestyle they buy into continues to be a quality experience long after the ink has dried on the contract.

Our Customer Services teams support customers after they have moved into their new homes. With every house we build, we aim for a stunning finish. Yet at the same time, if our customers are not happy with something, we want them to tell us so that we can sort it out quickly.

Often, our Customer Services professionals have building experience. So they can assess problems, reassure customers and call the right people in quickly. It can be demanding, because you might be called out to a house with a burst water pipe in the middle of the night. At the same time, it can be rewarding too, because customers really appreciate your help.
