You have entered some text which looks to the system like html. This can be caused by trying to use < (less than) and > (greater than) signs when entering text. If you get this error you need to press the back button in your browser and put spaces before and after the < and > signs.
e.g.
Allowed: "< some text >"Now Allowed: "<sometext>"
