For us, Corporate Responsibility means being able to respond positively to three questions. What kind of impact does our work make on our employees? What kind of impact does our work make on our environment? And what kind of impact does our work make on our communities?
We continue to work closely with all of our stakeholders: with investors, non-governmental organisations, customers, employees and the wider community. We take a risk-based approach for Corporate Responsibility, ensuring that we have best practice in place to deal with issues surrounding health & safety, land use, climate change, recycling and human resources. Wherever possible, we monitor and improve our performance by participating in external surveys and measurements.
