If you’re 16+ and prepared to commit yourself to at least two years of training and study, our apprenticeship programme could be right for you. We’re looking for individuals who are ambitious, enthusiastic and willing to learn. The nature of the work can be very involved, so you need to be prepared to work outdoors. To be successful on the Barratt Apprenticeship Programme, you need to be focused on the career you want. You’ll need to demonstrate that you have fully researched the area of work you want to do, and that you’re the right person for the job. You’ll also need to be prepared to work hard to get your qualification by learning on the job, and undertaking further studies. You’ll need to be serious, committed and aware of your responsibilities to both yourself and Barratt. You also need to be happy to work as both part of a team and as an individual, and be able to use your own initiative. By joining us you’ll be part of an organisation that’s dedicated to industrial excellence and to consistently supporting both your personal and professional development.
