We have more trainees than any other housebuilder, so there is a real commitment here to professional growth. Our Apprenticeship is a programme that combines both practical work on site and classroom learning. You will have opportunities to learn by working with experienced tradesmen, such as electricians, plumbers, bricklayers, plasterers and joiners. At the same time, you will also learn all about best practice in health & safety and how a site should be set up. Most importantly, by the end of the programme, you’ll have specialist skills and a formal, industry-recognised qualification.
