You will be someone who is multi skilled in the following areas: -
Carpentry, painting and decorating, tiling, plastering and general handyman.

This is a field-based role dealing with defect requests from customers post completion. There is an element of problem solving, identifying the problem and bringing to the attention of the Customer Service Team. You will need good communication and co-ordination skills, an awareness of deadlines and a genuine customer focus. The role is working in customer’s homes and mainly dealing with customers face to face. Your role is critical to maintaining our high quality levels of service.
