Due to the forth-coming retirement the position of a Plumbing, Heating & Electrical Services Manager has become available. With managerial experience, you will be conversant with IT systems, hold a minimum of a trade qualification to Advanced Plumber level and be fully conversant with current Corgi and Institute of Electrical Engineers regulations. Effective communication and negotiation skills are also essential.
Although based at our office at Balmedie visits to our developments will be necessary therefore a driving licence is essential.
