Barratt East Scotland have a vacancy within their busy Sales department.
Responsible for the smooth operation of the sales department’s administration and reporting requirements, the self-motivated Sales Administrator will be part of the small administration team, working closely with the Sales Director, Managers and Negotiators.
Reporting at Director level, the successful candidate will be detail conscious and ensure accuracy throughout the reporting system. High level of administration skills are required, along with good communication and IT skills. Applicants should be proactive and highly professional, whilst retaining a warm and approachable manner.
The role may suit someone with a good knowledge of the housebuilding industry or property conveyancing.
