Barratt Southampton is a Division of Britain’s Premier Housebuilder are looking to expand their management team to support its continued growth and require good quality Senior Site Managers & Site Managers.

You will lead and motivate the Site Construction Team, setting up sites including the compound areas, stores, hutting and sub-contractors, ensuring all developments are in accordance with drawings, specifications, timetables, quality and Health & Safety standards.You will also inspect each property, taking responsibility for completion before handing over to the customer.

Experience of site management within the housebuilding industry is essential. So you will know what it takes to deliver high quality products. Commercial awareness is essential, with a clear grasp of how to meet customer expectations in challenging timescales.
