Recognising that purchasing a home is often the biggest single outlay most people will ever make, you will build a rapport with potential buyers which will continue throughout the entire buying process. As well as sales and customer care, your brief will involve marketing activities; giving those with the drive to progress and a desire to learn a valuable insight into our industry.
As this role is pivotal to ongoing success, it is often pressurised, with targets to meet and standards to maintain. So you must be an accomplished communicator with a real understanding of customer needs. While your person to person sales experience could have been gained in any number of business sectors, it is essential you have an approach which is positive, professional, friendly and flexible, particularly with regards to weekend working.
